We use this information only to prepare and send invoices, keep accurate accounting and tax records, and communicate with you about payments or services. Invoice and related records are stored securely on our computers or in email folders. 

 

Purpose of collecting data

We keep invoices and accounts for seven years, as required by UK tax law. Our computers are protected with passwords, antivirus software, and regular security updates. We only share data when required by law (for example with HMRC) or with trusted professionals such as our accountants. We never sell or share information for marketing purposes. You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, to ask us to corrector delete it where legally possible, and to complain to the UK information Commissioner’s office (ICO) if you have any concerns about how we handle your data.
